Quote for 1 oil to VW spec 504/507 then fit a Mobil oil not of 504/507 spec and have overtightened a bracket torx bolt and damaged the star in the bolt they were last to touch. Previously they also overtightened wheelnuts but I went back.... If I'd had a puncture at 2am I'd have been stuffed.
