Most horrific experience someone spent R9800.00 in store on my account and I now have to prove that it was not me. Affidavit at the police station etc. When I asked the person who assisted me to send me the list of transactions and where they were done, I was told it is not their responsibility. So, i am very confused how on earth can I access Mr Price to see where this purchase was made.
The easy answer for me i will not pay the monies because i did not make the purchases.
