I ordered Valentines Day flowers that were GUARANTEED to be delivered on the day. I paid a high cost for delivery and over the odds for the flowers as they were guaranteed after all. They turned up a day late, so the occasion and sentiment was lost. I complained strongly and requested a refund but all they offered was postage refunded. They basically mis-sold and don’t give a damn as they are laughing all the way to the bank
