I placed quite big order with modanisa on 6th of January, and received my order on 11th January, then I returned few items on 14th of January valued around £170,.
I received few emails and texts on 20th, 21st and 24th January, that I have been fully refunded.
which was totally lie.
I still never received my refund till to date of 1st March.
please have some dignity, and refund my money.
This is ridiculous
