I love the clothes from Missguided, they genuinely are good quality. However their delivery system is BEYOND poor. Every time I order next day delivery there always seem to be an issue. They will try and issue you a 10% promo code which really isn't acceptable if you're not planning on spending too much and considering their NDD price is £4.99. They are very hesitant to give you a refund on your postage and it becomes a battle to get one.
Their communication is also terrible.
