I have just been informed via web chat that I cannot return some jeans that were bought as a christmas present as it is outside the 28 returns policy, which actually wasn't made clear at the point of sale.
I bought them early to ensure that I received them and could nt have returned them because I've been away - this is completely unacceptable.
This was the first time of ordering via Missguided and will be the last.
Most notable and reputable retailers extend the returns policy over the christmas period to allow for gifts to be returned
