Apprehensive and nervous when I signed up for nutrition coaching. I was matched with Patricia who is a perfect coach for me. I was finally ready to open up, and ask for help and guidance, though not real comfortable. She listened to me and we ser up a realistic plan to address my issues with food and help me meet my goals. She has become a good friend, cheerleader, counselor, educator, sounding board, motivator, and accountability buddy. She is fast to respond if I need her and when I'm unusually quiet, she checks in on me. I have lost weight slowly, but in the process I have developed a healthy relationship with food and have lost several inches with Patricia's help. I initially signed up for 6 months, but early on I realized that I wanted a year with Patricia. I am so happy with my progress so far and I look forward to to what I will be able to achieve in the next few months.
