Have been ordering the same hair from Luxy for years, had an issue with my last order but their customer service team was excellent. They completely rectified the issue and in a quick time period. It’s refreshing to see a company care about their customers and actually listen. They have definitely redeemed themselves and I will continue ordering from them in the future.
