I bought a refurbished unit. Interesting design, easy to use, battery life is good, no problem with long cats hair, lowest eco mode of vacuuming is enough for most cases, other 2 higher modes are rarely used by me and as you can imagine they are really powerful. Can be used in cars, works great. There are only 2 downsides: opening of the trashbin (there is a button to open it but you need to push closing anyway to open) and a bit too soft roll (I accidentally sucked a string that got stuck on the edge of the roller, I did not notice that it was sitting very deep and when I tried to pull it out I crashed quite large "spongy" part of the inside of the roller, I do not know if it affects its operation because I did not notice it, I am only concerned about its durability for the future).
