Received the sleek Lupe last week. It took just a few days to receive and came well packed and in perfect condition. I immediately charged the battery and followed the directions for use. The vacuum works really well on hard floors and low pile carpet. The suction is great on low and I have not needed the max power. Very glad we made the purchase! I may buy another battery so I never need to wait to sweep up the messes. Great product and impressed with the company.
