I love your company. I love your story about how you wanted to innovate and risk it all to achieve that goal. You succeeded. Your product is great.
That said, perhaps a point about the name. Lupe might be considered offensive by some, being a mexican name and reinforcing the stereotype of latin-american maids. It could play a role in the effectiveness of widespread adoption of the brand.
