I love this Boucle coat. Fits perfectly, really smart and ideal for Spring. Also prompt delivery.
There could have been a problem as the bag it was in was torn and stuck back together by Royal Mail
Obviously damaged in transit. However there was no damage to the coat. Royal Mail need to do better.
