I purchase a fence from Lowe's, and had installed through Lowe's, and when I had trouble with the installers the I called the phone number that was given me.
All I got from that customer service was a big around and left me on my own to deal with the construction company that Lowe's had hired to install the fence, and that construction company gave me a big around as well.
I will never again contract a job through Lowe's, and it is a shame since I had wanted to remodel my kitchen, and using Lowe's contractors, but no more.
A very disappointed customer.
