I paid for crates in June and August, then the June crate was shipped to the wrong address (even though I changed my account info, forwarded my mail to my new address and contacted customer support to avoid any interruption). Still have not received my replacement crate or August crate. This is on top of nearly a year subscription with at least 2 month delay between payment and shipment every month. Every customer service email I’ve ever received is nothing but excuses and unkept promises. Never any real info or accountability. Truly a terrible company all around.
