Positives - thanks to the Eco4 grants scheme, I got 6 solar panels absolutely free, which is great. The installers were friendly, polite, cleaned up after themselves and were very quick and efficient. The guys were great. What could be improved a lot was communication from the company - everything felt rushed and designed for maximum efficiency, rather than best outcome. The power output isn't that great, but with careful use it has reduced our electricity bill by about 1/3. So overall, I'm pleased, as I got free panels - thanks! But 3 stars cos of the communications.
