I believe the way to judge a truly good company is how well they deal with problems, even when, (as in a recent delivery to me), it was due entirely to damage by the delivery company. There was no protracted review or discussion on what had happened, Lion immediately sent a replacement order, which I received the next morning, such that I could still fulfill my framing obligations on time.
