I was surprised to find that returns had to be paid for out of the customers pocket. I have never when ordering online had to pay not only for it be returns but for it to be 'signed for' for proof of postage which means you incur extra cost. Also, not brilliant that you have to call up for a authorisation no, why can't some kind of form or no be supplied with product?
