We are thrilled with our replacement conservatory frames and solid roof. We found Lifestyle online, made appontment and met Damian at the showroom. He was very professional, friendly and had an obvious passion for their work/ products and able to advise/explain benefits and disadvantages of all products available for our particular project. No hard sell at all. Very competitive quote, not the cheapest or most expensive, but the actual cost does not reflect the excellent quality of work. The process was very smooth from initial planning to execution. Communication was excellent from start to finish via email, telephone and face to face. All members of the team were very friendly. Spoke to Chris on phone and via email, always helpful and nothing too much trouble. Dan undertook our survey - He was very patient,knowledgeable and helpful. Our installers, Johnny and Tony were always punctual, polite and very clean and tidy workers and always had a smile! Electrician was also very helpful, advised on lighting choice and fittings. The plasterers were prompt( in fact earlier than scheduled) which meant completion was earlier! Bonus! The delivery of skirting boards was on time and Tony came to fit them with great attention to detail, just like his window boards We also had new aluminium trifold doors and new window fitted at same time. Throughout the installation, any issues,no matter how small were dealt with either at the time or at snagging list visit, though there were minimal issues. It was a great quality installation with attention to detail. The aftercare is just as good, contact is maintained even after final balance is paid. Glynne also came out to fix our problematic garage side door ( not installed by lifestyle) within 1 hour of us calling to make enquiry. We would not hesitate to recommend this company. In fact we already have!! Friends have since had replacement conservatory frames and solid roof too! We will definitely use Lifestyle again, 100%. They don't know it yet but they will definitely be fitting our new front door!
