I really like my levy scooter - this is the second once I’ve bought. It’s a really well made scooter and the ability to replace the battery when it dies is great. Unfortunately I had a rough experience this time with shipping. I ordered the scooter and it was lost in transit, so another was shipped after multiple emails from me. Ultimately I got my scooter 28 days after the original order was placed. The original shipping promise is 5-7business days. While levy was mostly responsive to my emails and eventually shipped another scooter, they did not work as quickly as they could have to resolve the issue and did not offer any compensation for the late delivery.
