I bought from them. I ordered a suit in August of 24 and I finally got my product November 24. I messaged them about my product several times and did get emails back. Didn't have a problem with delivery but knew it would take at least 2 months and it took 3. Love the product and it's very durable but the customer service and long wait times it's not worth trying again.
