I booked a flight and paid extra for the possibility to modify it until 24h prior the departure. I asked for the modification 7d before.
They say that they called me to confirm. Never happend. I then called 9 times back they asked me to wait their call.
On the original departure dsy, one guy told me to write to the customer service because he saw that the mistake is on their side...
It is now been 1 month. No reaction from their side. Unprofessional companies like this, should be illegal !
