I want to start by saying I appreciate all of the hard work that I'm sure goes into running this business and all of the hard work of folks across the country who deliver our packages. In general the overall quality of LBLA lashes and glue is great, but recently I've noticed some major inconsistencies in lash tray curls, and lengths. Combined with delayed delivery times, it's been incredibly frustrating.
