Went to Knix at polo park , tired to do a exchange online with no luck as I could not figure out how to do it without just getting a refund , went to store in polo park with a few minor problems solved very quick by Courtney which was greatly appreciated I got it all solved I would highly recommend the store the customer service was great and exceeded my expectations and a left with a ton for Knix items she was extremely patient and helped me find everything what a great experience!
