I also had my bra literally fall apart in the wash. It does appear to be glued together. When I contacted customer service and they offered me 15% off my next purchase with no other effort to remediate. It seems clear that this is a regular problem they encounter with their product. I wish I had read reviews sooner. I will not be purchasing another bra from knix.
