I booked my trip thorough Kiwi.com, a UK regulated online travel agency, but on arrival to the airport, my booking was not recognised by the airline and they refused to check me in, so I am currently stranded in Nepal. Kiwi have told me this may be down to “a system error at the airport”, but have so far offered me zero support, even though my booking and contract is with them and they are the UK regulated online travel agency, that I booked through. I have explained my position and asked them to meet their obligations and find me an alternative flight home. If they are unwilling to this, then I will pursue damages against them and advise anyone to just book directly with an airline when taking a flight.
