The site does not honor the 24hr grace period for international flights. Moreover, when I was on the line with customer service waiting to speak with a supervisor, my call dropped two times. Coincidence? I spoke with the airline together with the customer service representative from Kiwi confirming they would process the refund and they still did not help me. NEVER AGAIN BOOKING WITH THEM! THIEVES
