I had booked a ticket to newyork from mumbai through kiwi
But because of father’s demise i coudnt travel
Even after trying continuously for a month kiwi is not responding properly regarding refund nor refunded a single penny till now
Not recommended to anyone for booking
AIRLINE IS READY TO REFUND BUT KIWI IS NOT PROCESSING REFUND
