This company is a scam and takes advantage of your situation.
A war had busted in my country and Ryanair had canceled my flight, issuing a full refund to me, whereas Kiwi had deducted 30% of the refund and not willing to give it back to me. They gave turned a back to their customer at a stressful moment.
