Paid for my Management Level CIMA courses with Kaplan. They provided the three objective tests but when I asked for them they refused to provide case study resources I paid for denying I'd bought them. When I dug out and emailed them a receipt they have simply not replied to me email for the last month forcing me to pay again for study resources (from a different provider, Viva Tuition, who are cheaper anyway - not started with them yet so can't say if I'd recommend them or not). Completely unacceptable record keeping and customer service from Kaplan.
