Horrible experience!!!
Do not pay additional cancellation protection fee, it’s a scam!
So disappointed with the handling of my recent booking cancellation request. I specifically paid for the cancellation protection fee to ensure flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Despite having this protection in place, and having provided a doctor note, it was still not enough to refund my cancellation. This is both disappointing and unacceptable, as the cancellation protection fee was intended to safeguard against such issues.
