Agreed to pay £1 for an answer. Was then only offered a service to speak to advisor for a further fee. I declined and did not pursue. I have now noticed I have been charged £30 on my credit card. This is apparently an ongoing £30 a month membership!!!
It was not mentioned anywhere clearly about this £30 charge or an ongoing subscription. I have cancelled the membership. This was clearly misleading and mid-selling and wish to be refunded the £30.
