£76 order and more than half was missing. On calling them they would only refund the part which was missing which was £50 + of it. A family of 5 had to eat two small bags of chips 2 pots of beans and a pot of gravy. So where was the rest of my order please, as on calling the shoo]p they gave the driver a complete order. He could only have eaten it.... Disgraceful, the full amount should have been refunded as part of a Kentucky order with 'no chicken' was rendered useless anyway. The bank are doing a charge back for the rest but rest assured I will never use this silly service again. Also I paid £ 18 more than if i had bought the same food in the shop.
