I bought a Nu You Body Brush in July 2022 and it broke down in April 2023. I contacted JML and they sent a replacement with a new receipt stating that there was a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. This was also printed on the box the replacement came in. The replacement has also broken down but JML are refusing to replace it because I bought the original one over a year ago despite the replacement being 10 months old and within the manufacture's warranty.
