I make my own jerky most times, but have never had much luck with Drywors. I discovered Jim's Jerky on a visit to the EKKA in Brisbane in 2024. I like a jerky without all the wanky chilli additives, and associated names for chilli, and that is why I usually make my own. I found the Jim's Jerky Drywors to be exceptional, both in flavour and presentation. It is so much better than just some dodgy old dried cabana or beerstick. Keep up the good work and get it out there in more venues. In the days gone by they used to have a great selection of dried sausages hanging in the old pubs in the Adelaide hills, that almost made the SA beers palatable ( I did say almost) and this Drywors is a reminder of many nights in those establishments for me.
