The website is pretty neat in which you can see a preview of the ring and rotate it. It gave me plenty of options (where to engrave, what to engrave on it, and the gold karats) to decide what is right for us. They update me with everything that is going on with the process so that I know what is going on. The only problem I had was DHL forced me to pay about $90 to get the ring delivered and threatened to return the ring if I didn't pay that. Once I recieved the ring, the ring was well packed with a lot of notes of love. The ring is beautiful and my fiancee loves it.
