Several times I have placed online orders and received whatever they felt like shipping, not what was ordered. I've also received a package for a recent order and all that was shipped was a bunch of plastic. Customer Service tried to say it was tampered with, but it was sealed. They just stuffed a bunch of plastic in the package and shipped it.
I was able to get a refund, but because the representative refused to resend the item without me placing a new order the item is now sold out.
