I placed an order for shirts for my son. He had moved to another state, I had placed a previous order from JC Penney to the new address, and thought it would default to the new address, but the order went to the old address in another state. All the representative would do is tell me to contact UPS or the new resident in the house. I have no clue who is currently renting, and I told the Penney's rep UPS can't go back to the house and demand the package back two days after it was delivered. No help! Order number 2024136613496453
