I have been waiting since April 27, 2020 for a shipping confirmation, and still nothing. Getting through to the company is absolutely impossible. ( I think you can only reach then by online chat, and only between the hours if 6 AM and noon). There is NO phone contact with this company. Don't lose your money by ordering through them. I have been trying to get a refund on my order, and when I DO get someone on chat, I always get disconnected. So far... almost 2 months later...no product and no refund, and NO customer service. They really suck.
