I ordered a GPU and got an order confirmation email immediately. However, after 3 days, no sign of a shipping date. I called them to have more information. They replied immediately, informing me that the GPU was in fact not in stock and that my order would be canceled. They refunded me immediately. I did not lose any money over this but lost time needlessly over them not saying that item wasn't in stock.
