I found Irish parcels to be a very efficient & prompt delivery service. What I was most impressed with, was the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff member I spoke with. She was very human-able, down to earth, real & helpful.. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! It felt like a family run business where you were treated with respect. For that I am grateful.
