Having previously rated Irish Inspirations with one star due to 'circumstances' regarding delivery (or lack of) and poor communication I am happy to give a new, positive review thanks to the efforts made to resolve my issues and the extra mile that Elaine and Simon have gone to. This includes not only refunding my return postage cost, but also my original delivery cost (plus a bit extra, thank you!) too and as if that wasn't enough, I have been given a discount code to use for future purchases. Now I understand what went wrong originally and the subsequent resolution, I would definitely reconsider buying from them, should the need arise. PS. The Grandad shirt really is fantastic quality and well made.
