Appalling! I used Interparcel fairly regularly going back a couple of years but then the service became terrible so I stopped using them. Thinking everyone needs a second chance, I again booked a collection but what a big mistake! They just would not collect the parcel although I kept being promised that the parcel would be collected on three different occasions.
I got myself a refund, I didn't think to even complain to the lady on the phone and neither was she interested enough to ask the reason for the cancellation. Lesson Learnt!
