DO NOT USE this company they told me my parcel and I replaced it with an item which cost a lot more, as it was a Christmas gift. They agreed compensation and then decided to deliver my parcel a month later. The compensation was then cancelled and they think this is acceptable. The original goods had a critical sell by date and they were useless when eventually delivered. This company are a joke and take your money under false pretenses, as they are quite clearly incapable of delivering the service paid for
