I have used your inks for several years but unfortunately I've received some dud cartridges from you since the end of 2018 and if I had not received this email I would have phoned you today as a Black ink cartridge failed to be recognised yesterday. When I put in another black ink cartridge today all was well but I was somewhat stressed out with the cartridges that didn't work. I shall get in touch with you by phone if I have any further problems. I started thinking that Epson was interfering with my printer as my printer was rejecting some of your cartridges. Was this a possibility? It is not illegal to purchase cartridges that are compatible Epson cartridge,s as you would not be selling them to me or others. Please advise me as to the course of action I should take in the event of not being able to use some of your cartridges in future. I have always valued your service in the past and do not want to be deterred from ordering ink cartridges from you in the future
