Emailed Internet-Ink yesterday pm regarding an apparently faulty cartridge. Received a response within the hour offering a replacement.
Replacement arrived today. I fitted it and the printer worked. Wonderful service.
Had a similar positive experience a few years back. Clearly, I will continue to use this company for my ink cartridges.
