My company switched to Instabill Merchant Services a year ago. The overall experience has been excellent. My company has been in the customer service business for the past 6 years, so I know what it takes to provide first class customer service. (Committed employees that care about the business) I would rate Instabill customer service as not only the best that I have dealt with in this industry, but one of the better customer service business experiences I have dealt with in general.
