Have had two parcels failed to be delivered by these couriers. And the customer support team is an absolute joke and do not respond. There is no update saying where my parcel can be picked up by and the location I put for delivery is work so I am always there when they try to deliver. This is hands down the worst courier team and should be banned from Australia. Money and time has been lost and I cannot fathom anyone actually liking them
