If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been using AliExpress for years now and never had any issues. As soon as they changed to this useless shipping company, I have now had two separate packages marked as “unable to deliver, delivery address wrong”, when I full well know it isn’t, and they have not even attempted to re-deliver for 10 days past that point. Never will I be ordering from AliExpress again if they continue to utilise this shipping company, completely and utterly useless. You cannot contact them, when you do, they will apologise, tell you your order will be delivered within 3 days and close out the chat.
