The delivery person called 9 minutes ago and I returned the call and he refused to deliver the package as I hadn't seen the call. I begged him to deliver the package but he was rude and very arrogant. He simply stated that his shift ends in the afternoon and that he can't be certain if he could deliver within the day. Very poor attitude and lack of customer service and care. I see the continuous ratings and reviews are a low single 1 star. Why can't you improve your services? It's a shame that you let down so many customers and don't care what people experience.
