What a joke. This company has no clue what they are doing.
I get a WhatsApp Message from an iMile Number (Person) asking me to send my location. Well if they have my address on the package then easy to go to Google MAPS and type in the Address. The once the driver knows my location he informed me he was not the right person delivering in the area? The why did he have my package from the start?? Should have been given to a driver who is delivering in the area where I live. Absolutely NO Clue on how to run an organization dealing in logistics.
